Relay Undergraduate Residency
Relay Undergraduate Residency is a paid, multi-year teacher development program that you can start as early as your junior year of college. Upon completion, you’ll have earned a teaching certificate and a master’s degree.

This immersive program enables you to learn and practice teaching skills and techniques “on the job” in a public school while completing your college degree. You’ll be coached by an experienced teacher to develop transferable leadership and communication skills. You’ll also join a strong network of peer teachers and leaders.
You must be on track to graduate after June of 2018, have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75, and be willing to commit at least 30 hours per week to coursework and classroom teaching.
Students will receive a salary from their school employer.
You will emerge from the program with a teaching certificate and Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree.
